Abstract

Проектът на тема “Трансферът на знания – връзка с човешкия фактор и начин за осъществяване” е насочен към проучване на теоретическите насоки и практическите възможности като една ефективна стратегия за подобряване на механизмите за придобиване, съхраняване, разпространение и усвояване на знания.Динамичните промени от последните години императивно налагат необходимостта от обмен на знания между изследователските и бизнесорганизациите. Държавите-членки на Европейския съюз все по-пълно осъзнават значението на трансфера на знания за увеличаване на конкурентоспособността и подобряване на ефективността на публичните изследвания. Този факт намира отражение в националните програми за реформи, разработвани в рамките на Лисабонската стратегия. Предприемат се многобройни инициативи за развитие на сътрудничеството между изследователските организации и бизнеса.
