Предизвикателства Пред Банковото Финансиране На Жилищното Строителство

Abstract

Основната цел на изследването е въз основа на проучване и анализ на бизнес практиката в България да се откроят основните проблеми пред финанси-рането на жилищното строителство, като особен акцент се поставя върху банково-то финансиране. За постигането на тази цел следва да се изясни: (1) спецификата на жилищното строителство, (2) спецификата на инвестиционния процес и финан-сиране на жилищното строителство, (3) да се извърши анализ на състоянието и тенденциите на жилищното строителство в условията на глобална финансова кри-за и (4) да се изследва състоянието и проблемите пред финансирането на жилищ-ното строителство у нас, вкл. банковото финансиране. За анализите са използвани публични данни от НСИ, специализирани анализи и изследвания, засягащи проблематиката, други публично достъпни данни, резултати от проведено интернет проучване (септември 2014) за предлаганите от банките кредити за фи-нансиране покупката или строеж на жилище, електронно анкетно проучване (ап-рил 2016 г.) за състоянието на жилищното строителство у нас, както и информа-ция от интервюта и неформални разговори с представители на строителни фирми в областта на жилищното строителство. Онлайн анкетното проучване е извърше-но чрез инструмента Google Forms на Google Docs. Данните са обработени и представени във вид на таблици и диаграми с помощта на MS Office Excel 2016.
