Abstract

Trans-Abstract: Using the example of cooperative banks, a study was conducted to investigate the extent to which corporate success variables are interrelated. It became clear that success is multi-layered. It was shown that positive financial indicators are not unreservedly related to satisfied customers or employees. The results underline the need to contextualize success variables with the corporate strategy.
