Abstract

Trans-Abstract: During the last 25 years a quite big number of German companies (as well as other European companies) had been bought by Chinese owners who installed a Chinese Supervisory Board and/or Chinese management members. This means for Chinese supervisors and local subordinates to get used to different styles of working behaviour and managerial communication. This article lines out basics of Chinese management thinking and some generalized experiences in this field, as an invitation to further relevant research.
