Abstract

In recent years, the subject of agility has increasingly found its way into business research and practice. In this context agility is seen as an organizational form for coping with the growing intensity of competition. The intensity of competition is influenced by globalization, digitalization, customer specific fulfillment of demand as well as the resulting adaptation of business structures. In the following, the topic “Agility in Medium-sized Enterprises” will be considered in particular.
