Abstract

In the era of increasing digitalisation, Smart Services take an important role for industrial companies. An assessment model supports the development of a new Smart Service as well as the optimisation of an existing Smart Service. The traditional Balanced Scorecard (BSC) is an assessment model, which is established in the economy. This article focusses on the further development of a BSC approach in the context of Smart Services.
