Abstract

This contribution aims at the question how far models of leadership can be used in social organizations to deal with dynamical changes, not only within financing, by giving conceptual and practical answers. Thus, the author is presenting an exemplary approach, the leadership hexagon, and characteristics of value-based model of leadership. In the exertion, the interlocking with strategic management within in-plant operations is decisive and will be presented with new strategic tools.
