Abstract

: In an economy now based on the dematerialization of exchanges where knowledge constitutes a strategic lever, an economic capital, a strategic source, a factor of stability and a decisive competitive advantage for the company, several Algerian public companies have found themselves today the phenomenon of loss of knowledge and the inability to safeguard their knowledge workers. Our research work consists in analyzing the phenomenon of loss of knowledge in the Algerian public company by seeking to understand the reasons for the high mobility of knowledge within the latter, based on the case of Sonelgaz
