Abstract

The emergence of start-up in Algeria plays a pivotal role in driving economic progress. This study focuses on two main aspects. Firstly, we provide a comprehensive definition and outline the key characteristics of start-up. Secondly, by examining the strengths and weaknesses of internal factors such as human capital motivation, as well as the frequent funding problems. Furthermore, we shed light on external opportunities and threats, including government initiatives to support startups, while addressing existing gaps such as technological backwardness and inadequate infrastructure. In conclusion, the harmonious integration of the actors of the Algerian ecosystem is imperative for fostering the growth and success of start-up in the future.
