Abstract

The Covid 19 pandemic has had effects not only on the health status of people all over the world, but also has a strong impact on daily life and working life and the economy. Some legal provisions have been seen in a new perspective, and technology has helped to face new challenges. The economic impact of these new perspectives was not foreseen. The crisis solutions adopted in 2020 were a cry of despair, but they left behind a new way of life that seems to be taking hold in the labour market. We will analyse the impact on legislation and the effects produced in society by the new labour and labour law rules inspired by the Covid 19 pandemic crisis. First, we will describe the existing legal provisions before the outbreak of the Covid 19 pandemic, then we will analyse how to adapt to the pandemic crisis, then the effects generated by this crisis. Finally, the conclusions and perspectives on the labour market after this major event, which is one of the notable changes that have marked the last half-century.
