Abstract
The food insecurity and poverty are challenges for the national community and international. To cope with it, certain rural organizations as well national as international contribute to make access of the small farmers at adequate financial services. Thus this study analyzes the operation of the system the agricultural credit or rural and examines the factors which explain the weaknesses and forces related to the financing of the farmings for the progress of agriculture in territory of Lubero. The results of the study revealed a operationnalisation of the agricultural credit in territory of Lubero through the SYDIP and that this credit is rotary. The agricultural credit is done through the agricultural federations, the agricultural local committees and centers in the form of seeds, cattle and in species (money). It was observed that the percentage of refunding heard for all these under studied federations was not carried out at 100 %. For every 5 studied years, the credit seeds goes well, it is followed by the credit cattle and the credit species comes lastly. It was proven that the well managed credit constitutes one of the ways to attenuate poverty and the food insecurity in territory of Lubero but that besides the actions of educations, trainings, negotiation and dialogues, envisaged by SYDIP, an adequate follow-up of the agricultural credits is a condition if that haddock for the success of the activities.
