Abstract
The triptych leadership, Congolese youth and African renaissance: homage to Lumumba and the philosophical thought of Kä Mana, this is the subject that we will develop on the occasion of the celebration of the fiftieth anniversary of the CEDIMES institute (1072-1922). Let us recall in limine that from June 30, 1960 to June 30, 2023, it has been exactly 63 years since the DRC gained national and international sovereignty; Despite the fact that the axis of evil wants to undermine the integrity of our territory and the tranquility of the Congolese population. Alas, this 63 year old represented by the Congo seems to have a congenitally or prematurely bent back, due to multiple reasons including weak leadership; It is still like most African states, unstable and in a state of under-equipment. How do we restore consciousness to a giant in a comatose state? What therapy to prescribe to this patient under anesthesia is a concern. In an attempt to pierce the mystery and understand the problem of the dysfunction of the process of the political maturation of the State in Africa, certain authors do not hesitate to use concepts as sharp as they are ambiguous, such as from a baby State to a Responsible Congolese state, Africa: democracy trapped... This crisis is not necessarily linked to the national and international economic situation only, but it is above all human. African youth (see Lumumba) in general and especially that of the Congo as much as the other categories of the population are confronted with the various pitfalls and atavistic hazards (see Kä Mana)….which put them in the meanders of a winding path to the search for existential landmarks (utopia, myth, forceful narrative...for a leadership capable of illuminating the scientific and political firmament of the African continent in its starless night) Apart from the introduction and the conclusion, this paper is structured in three points. First) Acknowledge defeat, Second) Boost transformational leadership, Third) Implement African renaissance.
