Abstract

This study, based on a field located in Congo Brazzaville, analyses the challenges of relaunching school sport and quality EPS in this Central African country, with a view to proposing strategies to resolve the situation. It is therefore empirical research that describes a glaring lack of strategies in the processes of acquiring and managing teaching materials for sport and physical and sports education in the Congo. In addition to the holistic approach linked to the lack of teaching materials, this study aims to be pragmatic and close to the ground by proposing solutions for the relaunch of Congolese sport.
