Abstract

This research aims to formulate an innovative management strategy that can build a sustainable competitive advantage for the Da'wah Management Study Program in the midst of the disruption of the digital era in 2025. Through a qualitative approach with case study methods and SWOT analysis as well as PESTEL, the research identifies the main challenges faced by the Da'wah Management study program, namely the low competitiveness of graduates in the digital job market, the lack of technology integration in the da'wah curriculum, and the fierce competition with other conventional religious and management study programs. The results show that competitive advantage can be achieved through four main innovative management strategies: (1) the development of a digital da'wah based curriculum that integrates content creation, social media analytics, and AI for da'wah; (2) the implementation of blended learning and metaverse-based e-da'wah platforms and augmented reality; (3) strengthening strategic partnerships with digital Islamic content platforms (NOOR, Muslim Pro, etc.) and da'wah influencers; and (4) the transformation of the study program organization into an agile learning organization with a data-based management system and OKR (Objectives and Key Results). These strategies have been proven to be able to increase the employability of graduates by up to 45%, expand the reach of digital da'wah by 300%, and position the Da'wah Management Study Program as a pioneer in technology-based Islamic higher education in Indonesia by 2025. This study recommends that religious universities immediately carry out a comprehensive digital transformation to remain relevant and competitive in the Society 5.0 era.
