Pengaruh Perilaku Konsumen Dan Kepuasan Konsumen Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Busana Muslimah Pada Online Shop

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh perilaku konsumen dan kepuasan konsumen terhadap keputusan pembelian. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan jenis data yang digunakan adalah data primer yang diperoleh dari hasil penyebaran kuesioner secara online kepada responden. Hasil ini dapat dilihat sebagian. (Uji t) antara Perilaku Konsumen dan Kepuasan Konsumen dengan Keputusan Pembelian menunjukkan nilai thitung 4,107 > ttabel 1,986. Antara Kepuasan Konsumen dengan Keputusan Pembelian menunjukkan nilai thitung 5,208 < ttabel 1,986. Secara simultan hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil fhitung sebesar 32.000>ftable dengan nilai signifikansi (sig) sebesar 0,000. Karena nilai sig jauh lebih kecil dari 0,05, model regresi dapat digunakan untuk memprediksi bahwa perilaku konsumen dan kepuasan konsumen secara simultan mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian. Sedangkan variabel yang paling dominan mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian adalah kepuasan pelanggan dengan nilai signifikansi yang diperoleh sebesar 0,000 < 0,05.
