Can the COP21 stop the rise of CO2s?

Abstract

This paper evaluates the effectiveness of the COP21 agreement in curbing global CO2 emissions. It reviews the commitments made by participating countries and assesses their implementation. The study concludes that without stronger enforcement mechanisms and global cooperation, the goals of COP21 may not be achieved.
