Synergy effect in relation to socio-economic activities of the region

Abstract

The article is devoted to the analysis of synergetic effect in social and economic systems. The author gives a description of the effect, makes the conclusion about possibility of its application in the region. The concept of criterion of efficiency of managing influences on the region at the expense of synergetic effect is introduced. A formula for calculating this criterion is proposed.
