Abstract

Attracting start-up capital is sometimes one of the most difficult tasks for new young companies or startups. Having only a business plan or an idea, it is sometimes difficult to rely only on a Bank loan or other «traditional» mechanism. With the development of the marketeconomy in Russia and a numberofcountries, the mechanism of venture capital began to develop, but with the development of digital technologies and with the advent of cryptocurrencies, an alternative in the form of ICO procedure appeared.
