Information and instrumental support of controlling innovations of instrument-making enterprise

Abstract

The article analyzes its current state of the Russian instrument-making industry and suggests using controlling as a concept of decision-making on the management of innovative projects. A structural-information model of controlling innovation in instrumentation, which is characterized by the ability to support decision-making on the choice of specific project management tools, as well as rationalization of controlling organizational structures, taking into account the influence of uncertainties on project performance indicators and its duration, is proposed. The change in the ratio of the volume of various types of information in the implementation of innovative projects, which is necessary for the formation of management decisions for its implementation.
