Abstract

The global economic challenges of our time constitute a worldwide threat to statehood. Considering them as factors of influence on the economy, each state develops measures to counter external and internal threats. The article examines the influence of such factors as government orders as a counterweight to global challenges. In particular, an assessment of the effectiveness of this mechanism based on a risk-based approach when using modern tools is considered.
