Morphological analysis in mergers, acquisitions and takeovers of companies

Abstract

In the article the author considers carrying out of morphological analysis at merger, joining and takeover of companies. In tabular form the author made examples of morphological analysis when joining companies. The author concludes that with the help of morphological analysis the implementation of the process of reorganization of the enterprise will be faster if each point is calculated in advance and the final decision on expediency of carrying out this transaction.
