Abstract

The article presents the main theoretical and practical approaches to the solution of the problem of creating a system for assessing the employee's contribution to the overall result of the enterprise's work, integrated with the system of assessing its competence and the quality of labor contribution, as a unified information base when deciding on awarding and de-bonuses.
