Instrument-making branch of the Russian Federation and problem of import substitution in modern conditions

Abstract

The purpose of the article is the need to solve the dependence of domestic industry and the entire national economy on the supply from abroad of virtually the entire range of instruments used today in Russia, from the most complex to the simplest. It is also clear that this problem has become particularly acute under the conditions imposed on the Russian Federation by a number of Western countries. For achievement of the goal in article tasks are solved: the current situation with production of devices in the Russian Federation is analyzed; problems of functioning of instrument-making branch of the Russian Federation in the conditions of imposition of economic sanctions are revealed; assessment of prospect and a consequence of refusal of import of devices and the beginning of production of their full range within the country is carried out.
