Current trends and peculiarities of motivation of employees of large companies

Abstract

In this article the author analyzes the peculiarities of motivational approaches in the personnel management of large enterprises. Identified the necessity of application of individual methods of stimulation of personnel depending on the size of the organization. Described current trends in the field of motivation of employees of Russian and foreign companies on the basis of surveys conducted by recruiting and staffing agencies. The necessity of increasing the share of intangible methods of staff motivation large domestic enterprises.
