Assessment of the elements of a personnel management system influence on the level of motivation of employees in the public medical institutions

Abstract

The article investigates the personnel management system, the main elements of its proposed assessment of the impact of each of the items on the level of motivation of employees of public medical institutions. The analysis is carried out on the example of the Moscow medical organizations - «City Clinical Hospital named SS Yudin Moscow City Department of Health» held the reorganization process that allows us to estimate the object of study as a typical and characteristic of having «systemic weaknesses» inherent health organizations metropolis, past reform or who are at the stage of the reform in accordance with the Program of modernization of the State Department of Health institutions in Moscow.
