Abstract

In modern scientific literature there is no uniformity in the interpretation of the term «medical services», despite the fact that he is and stands for in many legal acts. In most cases it is used to characterize only paid medical services. But if we are talking about state funding or the financing of compulsory medical insurance, the more popular term «medical assistance». Modern trends in the development of health services are closely linked to public-private partnership, in particular with the participation of private clinics in the CHI system. This integration process is in its infancy, facing a lot of challenges, both administrative and economic nature. The main reason for low pace of development of interaction is low motivation of participation of private clinics in the CHI system.
