Interaction between the state and civil society institutions in the development of the financial mechanism of state and municipal purchases

Abstract

The article is devoted to the development of the contract system in the context of interaction of state bodies and civil society institutions. The necessity of forming the most organic relations between the state and participants of the contract system at the present stage of development of the financial mechanism of state and municipal purchases and provision of public needs in the most effective way is justified. Particular attention is paid to improving the qualification of the staff of contractual services of government customers and building relationships between state structures and civil society institutions in the conditions of development of state and public financial control.
