Features of human resources management in organizations of the social sphere

Abstract

The article considers the questions connected with the peculiarities of human resources management in organizations of the social sphere. In the context of modernization of the organizational and technological bases of social work, the restructuring of the ideology of social services on the basis of their targeting, the introduction of competition mechanisms into the system of social services motivation of employees of organizations becomes critical. The results of a comprehensive survey on motivation of the personnel of social service organizations in the Republic of Bashkortostan.
