Legal forms of regulation of investment activities in the Russian Federation

Abstract

The article discusses the system of the Russian investment legislation and international norms regulating investment activity. Investigated the characteristic features of investment law, its goals and objectives. The authors have given the classification of law depending on the tasks of the legislator and discuss the forms of state regulation of investment activity.
