Abstract

The article notes that the purpose and targeted technological components of the system management of the banking cluster financial system of the Federation the main characteristics of integration are combined in order to preserve the stability of object of management, compliance and ability to carry out their activities in conditions of economic and innovative changes at the Federal and regional levels. The function of planning the development of the banking cluster of the regional financial system focused on achieving the maximum possible economic, financial and other aspects in a balanced manner with the available resources and competitive capabilities, compliance with sustainability of the banking sector the financial system of the Federation.
