Abstract

This article presents some models of the «shadow economy», its main economic and other conditions, method of calculating its volume. In the article the basic and important factors of the «shadow economy» in the Middle East, as well as provides a summary of the Middle East countries, such as the CPI, Failed States Index, CRP (country risk premium) and the ratings. In the article the author's conclusions about the causes and consequences of the «shadow economy» in the Middle East region.
