A systematic approach to ensuring the efficiency of interaction between financial system and economic complex of the Russian Federation

Abstract

The relevance of the article is the fact that progressive and dynamic socio-economic development of the Russian Federation subjects with a view to ensuring their economic viability requires research and objective solution to the problem of effective interaction between the financial system and economic complex of the region, which are now virtually Autonomous meso-economic units. At present there is no fully developed unified methodologies of solving this problem. The article suggests directions of adaptation of the basic provisions of methodology of the system approach to the specific regional socio-economic sphere, which is considered as a multilevel system, including at the highest hierarchy level of the subsystem «economy» and «financial system». Suggests approaches to the solution of problems of goal-setting and streamlining institutional and functional structure of the system.
