Problems of an organizational legal mechanism of removal, registration and appeal of the conclusion of the state environmental assessment

Abstract

The State Environmental Assessment (SEA) is carried out for establishment of compliance of documentation proving implementation of separate types of economic activity, being object of this examination, to ecological requirements. As a result of work of a commission of experts the conclusion is taken out. The conclusion of SEA has to be approved by the order of authorized body of the government. Due to the shortcomings of legal regulation in practice there is rather large number of problems which should be eliminated.
