Effective implementation of Investor Relations in the Middle East: the main aspects of the investment law and Islamic banking

Abstract

This article describes the situation in the Middle East countries, the law relating to foreign investment. Presented in the article information on permitted and prohibited activities in the country, as well as the specifics of the Free Trade Zone, it is important for domestic investors. In the article are considered some questions of Islamic banking (in the form of the accounts and the peculiarities of the mechanisms of interaction of «bank-client»).
