Abstract

In the conditions of financial security system improvement of the free medical care provided to the population, guaranteed by the state especially actual process is modernization of the model of financing the sphere of medical services. In the article it is about transition from the state-insurance to insurance model of financing. In particular, problems of the transfer of medical branch on more perfect mechanism of public financing adapted for the competitive market relations are considered.
