Consumer interests as a criterion for evaluating the activity of the insurance market in terms of self-regulation

Abstract

Examined the possibility of establishing requirements for the relationship between consumers of insurance services and insurance organizations at all stages of the insurance contract life - within the framework of development of the basic standard for self-regulating organization of insurers in the financial market. Some of the possible provisions and regulations of the future basic standard, that may be imposed on the insurers in order to improve their work with clients, are demonstrated.
