Labor remuneration as a basis for material stimulation of employees

Abstract

The article highlights the views ofclassics of the economic thought on the role of remuneration in the process of social reproduction. Analyzed the legal nature of salary in the labor legislation of the Russian Federation. The interrelation of organization and payment of labor at the enterprise. The conclusion is made on necessity of the complex approach in the organization of the system of remuneration of employees.
