Results and problems of market reforming in the Russian economy

Abstract

This is a beginning of the last article of one of the oldest professors of the Russian academy of entrepreneurship, doctor of Economics, professor Bulochnikova Lidiya Andreevna who prepared over 50 candidates and doctors of science. Lidiya Andreevna is not, simply the Doctor of Economics, professor, who devoted, in fact, the whole years of the creative life to teaching economic disciplines at Lomonosov Moscow State University, Academy of social sciences and the Russian academy ofentrepreneurship, but also one of the most authoritative economists of the USSR and Russia. Therefore the point of view of such expert is represented to us very important and timely. In the article the analysis of formation of so-called «market economy» of Russia and its results is given. The analysis of forms and methods of stimulation of growth of economy, comparison of forms of ownership and system of distribution of a cumulative additional product is especially important. Experience of Yugoslavia, China, Vietnam and Japan is given. In the article is also analysed the experience of planned methods of regulation social and economic processes in Germany and the USA, when a reasonable combination of market and state mechanisms of management in a difficult period for these countries, led to progress.
