Innovative effects of implementing a CRM system in private dentistry

Abstract

Today, due to the constantly changing trends of the modern market, it is necessary to regularly increase the efficiency of any activity, improve the service, be more customer-oriented, and monitor the work done. Due to innovations, the policy of any activity requires immediate intervention of modern business development technologies, which include CRM marketing. The main difficulties that various companies face are a decrease in demand for services, loss ofcustomers and various kinds of losses, so in order to exclude several negative results, the company manager needs to adopt modern business strategies, while the main factor that will be customer-oriented, cost reduction and effective division of tasks according to the business strategies of the organization. The main goal for a rapid understanding of the market and keeping the organization at a decent level is to reduce the time for various operations and increase the productivity of the company.
