Relevance of Business Management Structure Flexibility

Abstract

The article discusses and discloses such a structure of the management of an entrepreneurial firm as the structure of the structure; The relevance of the structure's quality of flexibility was justified, since the late twentieth and early twenty-first centuries had been characterized by force majeure circumstances of natural origin requiring rapid changes in the functioning of the country, including business firms representing the country's economy; forms of flexibility of structure and ways to achieve flexibility are also presented.
