Abstract

The article substantiates the importance and significance of the introduction and use of digital technologies by organizations in their activities. Under the influence of digital technologies, the operating model of the organization is changing, and cost efficiency is increasing. The author considers the role of using information systems as the main factor in maintaining competitiveness in the fitness services market, and suggests the use of digital technologies to achieve competitive advantages.
