Abstract

In today’s dynamic world, any company is concerned about maintaining its market position, increasing economic stability and competitiveness. It is known that today almost all companies have a website. Thanks to the usability of the site, that is, clear navigation on the site, the company can maintain its economic stability at the required level. The aim of the work was to provide ways to optimize the usability of the site to enhance the economic stability of the company. The paper provides examples of how, thanks to an effective website, industrial enterprises have managed to increase economic performance, including profit. The research uses methods of setting goals and objectives, visualization, analysis and generalization. As a hypothesis, we assumed that a well–designed website helps to increase new and retain loyal customers, which ultimately ensures the financial stability and economic sustainability of the company. The paper focuses on the process of developing a website for an industrial company, which can be used by small and medium–sized businesses, as well as self–employed and individual entrepreneurs.
