Methodological recommendations on the practical application of tools for ensuring safe information interaction of cluster members

Abstract

Based on the conducted research, the article presents methodological recommendations on the choice of implementation of the coordination organizational and management body of the cluster in the aspect of its information and communication interaction, depending on the type of cluster. It also describes proposals for flexible adaptation of cluster employees based on change management, aimed at overcoming resistance to innovations. The recommendations described in the article will make it possible to effectively implement in Russian clusters tools for automating the processing of requests to determine the authenticity of the subject, extraction and parallel processing of the targeted information pool while maintaining its speed, while optimally revealing their advantages in each practical case, realizing synergetic and multiplicative effects, as well as obtaining opportunities to consolidate the result and subsequent replication of such experience.
