The study will take into account aspects of organizational impact, namely the values of top management or the hotel chain for successful further development.Due to the outflow of a large number of international hotel chains, the suspension of the development of hotel projects, with the closure of business enterprises whose activities focused on the supply of new goods, technical units for hotels, a strong impact on the current situation was formed and exerted.
