Abstract

The sports industry today is not only an important component of the socio-cultural life of the population, but also an open platform for the development of entrepreneurial projects in sports. Entrepreneurial activity in the sports industry includes the development of new ideas, the implementation of business plans and the search for investors to introduce new directions.Currently, the requirements of the markets for goods and services to enter them are quite high, there is high competition for consumer attention and a fairly short time for the launch of new products and services. Therefore, when implementing a new project in a shortened timeframe, entrepreneurs, including in the sports industry, face a difficult task: to take into account the existing critical factors when developing a new direction and reduce the risks during the implementation of the project. In this regard, managerial decision-making skills and the ability to calculate their consequences come to the fore.Â
