Abstract

At the present stage of economic development of Russian entrepreneurship, the most important task is the formation of directions for making competent and timely management decisions for further improvement of the management of financial, economic and organizational activities of organizations and the development of competitive advantages in the market. The constantly occurring changes in the socio-economic relations of the country, taking into account the policy of the state, the dynamics in consumer demand and market conditions, require economic entities to create an adequate enterprise management system based on managerial decision-making. The decisions themselves, of course, are the result of financial analysis, balanced conclusions and action plans, since they are designed to optimize various aspects of the activities of economic entities.
