Abstract

Effective use of existing management models in organizations using digital technologies is a key aspect of the successful operation of enterprises.The purpose of the study is to analyze existing management models in organizations using digital technologies.Research methods are based on the analysis of the main components of the model, including data collection and analysis, decision making and strategy implementation. Particular attention is paid to the use of modern information technologies and data analysis methods to improve management efficiency.The results of the study may be useful for managers and specialists in the field of using digital technologies in organization management, seeking to optimize business processes and improve the competitiveness of the enterprise.
