Method of expert assessments in the practice of system analysis of the efficiency of using municipal treasury property

Abstract

The article presents the main conclusions of the author about the possibility of using the method of expert assessments in analyzing the effectiveness of using the property of the municipal treasury. The article gradually reveals the process of expert assessment of the effectiveness of this object of regional management, proves the need to use modeling processes in expert assessments when studying regional economic processes and using their results in making managerial decisions. The purpose of the work is the author’s representation of the examination process in the study of regional economic processes and, in particular, in the study of the effectiveness of the use of municipal treasury property.The author used the method of scientific proof of the conclusions and results of the work. The main result of the research presented in the article is the author’s proof of the possibility and necessity of using the method of expert assessments in assessing the effectiveness of the use of regional government facilities and, in particular, the property of the municipal treasury.
