Abstract

Leading experts note that over the past ten years, thanks to the transition of the Russian economy to a phase of stable growth, the problem of harmonization of national regulation has begun to emerge. The experience of the most developed Western states in this area can help solve this difficult task.For the best use of existing experience, it is necessary to carefully analyze global trends, the most effective approaches and methods that foreign countries use in the field of logistics and transport regulation, as well as the possibility of their application in Russia, why the state should regulate the activities of logistics and transport market entities.
