Digitalization of the healthcare sector: positive and negative sides

Abstract

The article deals with the concepts: digitalization, digital transformation in medicine, artificial intelligence. The authors highlight the conditions necessary for the introduction of digitalization in healthcare, as well as its positive and negative aspects. The digitalization of healthcare will ensure the transparency of the services provided to patients. In conclusion, the authors come to the conclusion that the quality of the accumulated data in digital form will provide further positive experience in the application of artificial intelligence in healthcare, for this, entrepreneurs, economists, lawyers, specialists from IT companies and, of course, competent doctors should be involved.
